July 4th

 

We had so much fun visiting cousins in Laplace!

We arrived just in time for Robert and Melissa's 4th of July party. 

This big kid was enjoying a water gun fight with the little kids. 

 

Hazel and Doc stayed in the shade near the fan. 



Mami kept baby Hazel away from the fireworks. 
I think she handled them pretty well!



How cute are these two!?!  We went out for pizza for my parents' 41st wedding anniversary on July 7th, and this is the only picture that came out ok.  It was kind of dark in there. 

 

Ok, Harris and Erik were fighting like brothers most of the week, and for some reason we let them play with swords!  This might have been the only time they enjoyed fighting and no one cried.

It took forever for them to finish before getting in the car.



Erik and Cate were sleeping so sweetly after a long day of swimming at Titante's!

Sarah was too worn out to talk much, but she sure perked up when Doc asked to see her missing teeth :)

Erik and his buddy Aunt Bridget.  He would only swim to her for some reason.  I didn't mind since he got a lot of swimming practice!
